Establishing Residency

I remember when I took my first steps into Paris. It was a strange feeling, resisted at the beginning, but I became more used to the new smell, the new scenery. For the first couple days I would spend my mornings wandering around. Then I began to figure out what parts of Paris I liked. I would spend my mind there. I would let people drag me to their place, I liked it all fine, but I got used to the spots I liked the most.

I remember moving in. The residents thought I was strange, foreign. And i'll admit it, I was both of those, but at least I tried to fit in. I'm still trying to fit in. My guide to Paris is going to be leaving me soon, but I see a bright future ahead of me in Paris.
